Welcome to the U14 National League Team!

Coach Leslie is Oxford born and bred and coaches the U14 NBL team and has 25+ years playing experience and 6+ years coaching experience. Leslie started playing for Oxford Hoops when he was 12 years old, he progressed onto playing for Thames Valley Tigers National League team. During his playing career, he attended Nike European Basketball camps and Adidas ABCD European camps, and brings a wealth of basketball experience to his coaching. He is always researching new and exciting training techniques to keep his sessions fresh and relevant.  His coaching approach sets out to make basketball fun and exciting for the kids, improving their skills and confidence, both on and off the court. His sessions are fully inclusive, regardless of ability and experience; with a strong emphasis on welcoming new players to the club and building a strong team culture; that extends beyond training sessions and games.
